Multi Residential - LOX Townhouses

This Architect designed development was a collaborative project with CBD Contracting Group. The development consists of 10 two bedroom townhouses, each complete with their own private roof terrace. Each townhouse is accessed off a central external spine, which also provides access to a unique multi-level car stacker, a highly valuable commodity in such a dense area of inner city living. Despite being an extremely challenging site in regards to size, access and, due to the busy street, traffic management, construction was relatively smooth. The end results are high quality dwellings with sophisticated street appeal.
