The Architect designed development retained the existing shop front on Buckingham street and added 4 new residences to the rear, addressing the side laneway. Included are 3 double storey, two bedroom townhouses, each with their own roof terrace. A single bedroom apartment is located over the shared garage. The complicated build required expertise to incorporate the existing shop structure, and co-ordinate building on the entire site, including to the boundary of the public laneway.
