Access to all levels is either via a timber staircase or a lift, which terminates spectacularly on the roof terrace, where 360degree views are provided. An additional ground level, external space includes bbq facilities and a feature in-ground pool, with direct acess from the casual living space, allowing easy entertaining in the privacy afforded by the inward looking site. The unusual, tight, infill site, accessed via a narrow laneway, provides the occupants with privacy and exclusivity. However during construction, these conditions required high levels of co-ordination by Domicile to ensure the challenges of the site did not impact on the construction timeframes and quality.
